I started HyreBeacon after watching friends in Newcastle send out dozens of applications and hear nothing back. So we do the opposite: a short list of roles, the pay written down, and a real person answering on WhatsApp. If a role has been filled we take it off the page rather than leave you guessing.

Questions we get most weeks

Do I need experience?

No. All four roles are written for people starting from scratch, and the employer trains you before your first shift.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection and somewhere quiet enough to take a call. Nothing else.

How many hours a week?

Most people work 15–30 hours. You tell us what suits you and we match you to a role with that shape.

Who pays me?

The employer pays you directly on their normal payroll schedule. HyreBeacon is not the employer and is not part of that payment.

How long does it take?

We reply within 48 hours on weekdays. From first message to starting is usually a week or two, depending on the employer.

Can I do this alongside another job?

Yes, that is what most people here are doing. Say so in your first message and we will look for a role with the right hours.
